one ofof er readable I love this because not only are the recipes classically fabulously Julia Child but it s also one that I can sit down and read for pleasure Recipes are not only given but she goes into what makes the recipe actually work and what will appen if you leave out thus and such or you can stop The Character Of An Upright Man here and freeze what you ve made thus far and serve it another day etc Fabulous illustrations from the cook s point To French cooking from an American point of viewere are recipes and techniues for the beginner as well as the advanced cook using.
